World Skills will be delivering workshops to help you learn successful ways to highlight your competencies when applying and interviewing for the Federal Internship for Newcomers Program (FINP).

During this interactive presentation, you will have the opportunity to learn more about how to:

  • Apply the STAR technique effectively to answer online questions relating directly to the Statement of Merit Criteria (SoMC)
  • Effectively use verbs and appropriate action words in your resume
  • Quantifying your achievements/accomplishments with complete, but concise, skill statements

We’ll be offering the same workshop on three different dates.
