Job summary: Residential Cleaners/Concierges work independently to perform in-house cleaning of residential properties, as well as offering a variety of other household management services to local clients. Previous cleaning experience is an asset, and applicants should be physically able to perform residential cleaning duties. Skills Required:
  • Pleasant disposition, with the ability to communicate in English
  • Available to work Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
  • Be physically fit; able to perform the duties of the job
  • Be dependable, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Have strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Able to work both independently and in a small team
  • Able to work efficiently and productively in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid police record check; Driver’s License is preferred
Main duties: A Residential Cleaner/Concierge performs some or all of the following duties in a small team:
  • Inspect the area to identify cleaning needs
  • Empty trash bins and replace trash bags
  • Use vacuum, mop, and chemical cleaners to remove debris, dirt, and stains from surface areas, including windows, countertops, and floors
  • Maintain stock of cleaning chemicals and cleaning equipment
  • Available to perform other household management tasks, including running errands, de-cluttering/organizing, personal shopping, scheduling appointments, meal preparation, and companion care (as needed)
Salary is competitive, and increases after an initial 2-week training period.
