World Skills Employment Centre is working with CARE Canada to recruit for the position of Human Resources Business Partner.

Reporting to the Director, Human Resources the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), will align with a strategic grouping of the organization including head office and country office clients to provide Human Resources support and consultation.
The HRBP supports the people agenda of CARE Canada by assisting in the growth of the organization, developing employees, consistently managing performance, and administering compensation while keeping a pulse on the organizational engagement. The HRBP adapts practices and manages exceptions to ensure the organization is supported and aligned to CARE's mandate. The HRBP will equip leadership proactively with tools to help them manage their teams effectively.
What you offer:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including recruitment, compensation practices, organizational analysis, diversity, performance management, and Ontario employment laws.
  • Working knowledge of benefits and payroll preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree and or relevant industry experience.
  • CHRP Certification preferred.
  • Bilingualism – strong English and French skills

What would make you extraordinary (Assets)?
  • Previous experience working in an international NGO including work in development contexts.
  • Strong working knowledge of Spanish
