Food and Beverage Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Food and Beverage Supervisors ensure that excellent service is offered to all customers, while they maintain quality assurance, store standards, and operations. They also engage and empower the staff within a positive work environment to influence the success of day-to-day operations.

CORE EXPECTATIONS:

  • Ability to engage team in order to insure a positive work environment.
  • Able to consistently demonstrate excellent guest service.
  • Lead a team in providing friendly, enthusiastic, and courteous service at all times.
  • Maintains all standards and procedures as outlined by management.
  • Provide leadership to staff which would include training, direction, deployment, and supervision.
  • Learns and masters all positions of those they manage in order help employee development and advancement.
  • Able to consistently demonstrate product knowledgeability.
  • Maintain company programs such as Quality Assurance, Health & Safety, and brand specific programs.
  • Ensure efficiency in day-to-day operations.

Salary: $16.00 /hour
