Increased cultural diversity brings different communication styles and perspectives to an organization. Being able to navigate across cultures is essential for positive business communication, productivity and engaged employees. Adjusting to the new labour force requires knowing how to effectively recruit, onboard, manage, and retain a diverse workforce with the appropriate skills, knowledge and abilities for the future.

World Skills offers cross-cultural training for employers and their teams. We help employers reduce recruitment, retention and training costs, and raise their organization’s appeal to internationally trained individuals.

We offer:

• Team-building cross-cultural communication training
• Orientation and onboarding for newly hired newcomers and their supervisors/team
• Post-recruitment support
