Program Eligibility:

  1.  Must identify as a visible minority newcomer woman
  2.  Permanent resident of Canada or Convention refugee with valid work permit
  3.  CLB level 5 +
  4.  Must be willing to volunteer in this research project
  5.  Must be unemployed or underemployed
