These workshops cover a wide range of topics\, including career empowerment\, personal branding\, resume development\, interview techniques\, networking strategies\, and understanding labor market dynamics. The goal is to build both competence and confidence in job seekers by equipping them with relevant\, up-to-date tools and insights.\nIn addition to group learning\, the program offers personalized counselling\, ensuring that each participant receives tailored support aligned with their individual career goals. Through one-on-one coaching\, participants receive guidance on resume writing\, job application strategies\, interview preparation\, and securing endorsements. This individualized approach helps address specific barriers and strengthens each participant’s overall employability.\nThe ERNW program also emphasizes the importance of employer connections.
