Through one-on-one coaching\, participants receive guidance on resume writing\, job application strategies\, interview preparation\, and securing endorsements. This individualized approach helps address specific barriers and strengthens each participant’s overall employability.The ERNW program also emphasizes the importance of employer connections. Participants are given opportunities to engage directly with employers through targeted recruitment events\, networking sessions\, and coaching initiatives.
