Nicholas, a highly skilled hairstylist with extensive experience from Australia, had previously applied for the Trade Equivalency Assessment (TEA). Unfortunately, his application was rejected outright without being reviewed. After being referred to the Credential Recognition Program (CRP), I worked closely with him to revise and strengthen his TEA application. Together, we identified the mistakes made in his previous submission, and he was able to address them effectively.

This time, his application was successfully submitted and is currently under review, marking a significant improvement—unlike his previous experience, it was not rejected at the initial stage.
