Through our Talent to Employment Matching Services (TEMS), we connect job-ready Newcomers with meaningful career opportunities. Our targeted approach ensures effective talent alignment, supporting career integration into the Canadian workforce.

Newcomers assessed as job-ready for the Canadian workforce are eligible for TEMS. With support from Recruitment Specialists, candidates receive targeted employment matching and personalized talent competitiveness support, gaining access to a variety of employer-driven opportunities — all designed to enhance and accelerate a Newcomer’s success in their workforce integration.

Who Qualifies?

Clients are considered job-ready when they demonstrate:

  • CLB Level 7+ (Effective English Communication skills)
  • Targeted Resume (Professionally tailored to industry standards)
  • Interview Readiness  (Confidence and preparedness for job interviews -STAR)
  • Action Plan  (Clear employment goals set for the next 3-6 months)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Permanent resident, Convention Refugee, Temporary resident, or foreign-born Canadian Citizen
  • Internationally educated
    (college diploma and/or university degree from abroad)
  • Resident of Ontario
  • Unemployed or underemployed
  • Canadian Language Benchmark 7 and above
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada
