Employment law ensures a fair and safe workplace for both employees and employers. Many people are unaware of their rights and responsibilities, which can lead to confusion.

What You’ll Learn:

✔️ Understanding employment contracts and what to look for.
✔️ Your rights and responsibilities in the workplace.
✔️ Different types of work contracts (Full-time, Part-time, Consultant, Casual) and their benefits.
✔️ Common terms and conditions of employment for each contract type.
✔️ How to handle workplace legal issues.
✔️ Rules around changing work hours as an employee.
