- Understand how these competencies are assessed during the hiring process
- Discover practical strategies to prepare for competency-based interviews
- Learn how to use your own work and life experiences to craft strong, relevant examples
- Gain insights into structuring your responses using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result)
