On March 5th, Site Leader at Thermo Fisher Scientific Hal Hilfi met with ENW participants to share information about the company, current and foreseeable opportunities, and the skills required for their ideal candidates. Thermo Finisher aims to support customers through scientific research, analytical challenges, improving patient diagnostics, and increasing productivity in their laboratories.

Giving participants an inside scoop on the recruitment process, Hal also provided great detail on the best methods to apply; he touched on the importance of a robust, tailored resume and certification to increase one’s chances as a candidate. The information session also allowed ENW ladies to introduce themselves and ask questions related to their experience & background. Hal was happy to answer each question in-depth, with fantastic suggestions and information.
