World Skills is hosting its Annual Job Fair on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, in the Horticulture Building at Lansdowne Park, from 10:00 to 3:00.

Building on the success of our previous post-pandemic/in-person job fairs, we can guarantee that even more of our great newcomer talents and employers will be at this Job Fair (The location is more central and accessible, and the weather should be better.)

The theme of this year’s Job Fair is “Seize the day! – Making the most of Ottawa’s Global Talent”.

• James Baker, founder and CEO of Keynote Group Executive Search, will share his observations and opinions drawn from working with local business leaders.
• Mayor Mark Sutcliffe will expand on the theme in his Opening Remarks.

The job fair will feature 40 of the City’s largest, most prestigious, and supportive employers, who are actively recruiting now and/or in the near future. They are key employers from all sectors – the public, private and non-profit sectors, banking and finance, engineering, IT, business, healthcare, education, and hospitality.
