World Skills Commemorates the First National Day for Truth and Reconciliation
World Skills will be closed on September 30th, 2021 for National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. Staff will be using this day to participate in local events and reflect on their role in reconciliation with Canada’s Indigenous communities. We invite you to do the same.
Our staff met on September 29 to to have a conversation about this important day and to reflect on actions we can continue to take to gain knowledge about our indigenous communities and their history.
