Arranging interview sessions is something World Skills has always offered employers. But hosting them online provides employers with a lot more value-added. They are so much easier and faster to organize. Zoom really lives up to its name in this role!
In mid-June, COSTCO was the first employer to take advantage of this recruiting service. They know well the high calibre of World Skills candidates from previous in-person hiring events. Transitioning online meant half the lead time to organize, screen applicants and schedule interviews – with the same great candidate quality.
COSTCO was so pleased with the outcome and process, it is holding another one in mid-July, and possibly every month until they staff up to the level required for their expanding business.
Other employers using our new service include PeopleReady, Iversoft, and a cluster of healthcare providers urgently filling a large number of non-medical jobs.
